Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited seeks an Automation Analyst to shape AI-driven automation across RPA, Python and GenAI. You will design, build and support end-to-end automation solutions, integrating UiPath, APIs and AI capabilities with business systems.

Senior candidates will provide technical leadership, solution architecture guidance, and mentorship, while collaborating with international teams to deliver scalable, reliable automation that boosts operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of software development, automation, or related IT functions.
• Hands-on RPA development experience (UiPath preferred).
• Strong Python skills, including scripting, API development, system integration, and automation frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, LangChain and RAG is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support automation solutions using UiPath, Python, APIs and AI technologies.
• Build and optimize end-to-end workflows integrating RPA, business systems, and LLM-powered capabilities.
• Develop automation scripts, integrations, and reusable components to improve operational efficiency.
• Implement intelligent automation solutions leveraging GenAI, LangChain, RAG, and workflow orchestration where appropriate.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and fit-for-purpose solutions.
• For Senior level: provide technical leadership, solution architecture guidance, and mentor junior team members.
