Job summary

TempServ Pte Ltd is seeking a Payroll Specialist to verify and process 500+ monthly payroll transactions, including pro-ration for new hires and resignations, CPF submissions, taxation, and other payroll matters.

You will coordinate with HR partners on pay element inputs, identify data discrepancies, and maintain secure archival of payroll records for audits, while seeking continuous improvements in efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate+)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills; meticulous with an inquiring mind

Responsibilities

• Verify and process 500+ monthly payroll transactions, incl. pro-ration for new hires/resignees, CPF submissions, taxation and other payroll matters, accurately and on time
• Coordinate with HR business partners on pay element inputs and issue resolution
• Identify/report payroll data discrepancies
• Maintain secure archival of payroll files for audits
• Analyse and recommend process improvements for payroll efficiency and accuracy
