Job summary

Zota Group in Hong Kong is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support professional to help manage daily banking and settlement tasks, coordinating inbound/outbound processing and collaborating with colleagues and service providers to ensure smooth workflows.

The role requires strong English skills, cross-cultural collaboration, and a commitment to process improvements within a fast-paced back-office environment.

Qualifications

• Valid work permit/Hong Kong citizenship is a must.
• Good level of spoken & written English is a must.
• Korean speakers are a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and G-Suite.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational & time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
• Commitment to constant improvement via learning and adopting new protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage and adjust inbound and outbound volume processing.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support banking operations.
• Communicate with Service Providers regarding daily operation workflow and service-related issues.
• Monitor and handle incoming messages, notifications, and updates from Service Providers across platforms.
• Form and allocate daily tasks per region as per the internal schedule.
• Support fund management activities including settlement amounts and currency conversions.
