Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Public Relations, Business, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in NGO fundraising campaigns with revenue targets.
• Direct experience in organizing public appeals and managing corporate volunteering activities.
• Strong project management skills, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Fundraising Campaigns: Plan, lead, and deliver public fundraising campaigns to meet income targets.
• Partnership Development & Networking: Engage corporate and community partners; secure sponsorships and CSR collaborations.
• Event Operations & Compliance: Oversee end-to-end event logistics, budgets, volunteers, and permits.
• Donor Relations & Analytics: Support donor cultivation; manage CRM, evaluate ROI, analyze donor trends, prepare reports.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal units, volunteers, and external parties for campaign rollout.
