Job summary

ECjobsonline in Hong Kong is seeking a capable fundraising/events coordinator to assist in planning and organising campaigns, coordinate with donors, co-organisers, vendors and working parties for effective implementation. You will support advertising, promotions and other event marketing materials, supervise staff, and compile reports for superiors.

The ideal candidate holds HKCEE passes including English, Chinese and Maths or an equivalent degree with relevant experience in event management or

Qualifications

• 5 HKCEE passes including English Language (Syllabus B), Chinese Language and Mathematics or equivalent.
• 5 years of working experience in event or marketing fields or office administration; or a degree with 2 years relevant experience in event management/fund-raising/marketing.
• Good computer knowledge and skills including Chinese and English word-processing; mature personality, good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing fund-raising schemes, campaigns and events; coordinate with stakeholders including donors, co-organizers, vendors and working parties for effective implementation.
• Support advertising, promotion and other event marketing programmes for fund-raising and prepare related marketing collateral.
• Supervise and provide guidance to subordinates; compile reports and statistics for superiors.
