Oxfam Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Fundraising Manager to lead donor acquisition and individual-giving growth across multi-channel initiatives. You will expand the donor base, strengthen engagement and drive sustainable income growth aligned with the organisation’s mission.

The role requires a strong background in donor acquisition, lead conversion, monthly giving, and CRM management, with NGO experience preferred. Travel may be required and the team collaborates across functions to meet targets.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Social Sciences or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of fundraising experience incl. donor acquisition, individual giving, direct and digital marketing; NGO/INGO experience preferred.
• Proven track record in donor acquisition, lead conversion, direct response fundraising and monthly giving programmes.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement donor acquisition strategies to recruit new donors and grow the supporter base.
• Manage multi-channel donor acquisition programmes to achieve fundraising targets.
• Drive donor recruitment, lead conversion, cash giving and monthly giving initiatives.
• Support fundraising planning and identify opportunities for sustainable income growth.
• Develop donor communications and acquisition materials across direct mail, newsletters and campaigns.
• Monitor, analyse and optimise acquisition performance and ROI.
• Lead testing and optimisation initiatives to enhance fundraising effectiveness and donor retention.
• Oversee donor onboarding and stewardship activities to strengthen engagement.
