Job summary

St. James’ Settlement in Hong Kong seeks a driven professional to develop corporate partnerships, fundraising and resource mobilization strategies.

The role focuses on building ties with corporates, foundations, donors and community stakeholders while leading sponsorships and fundraising campaigns. You will manage the agency's website and social platforms, prepare proposals and reports, and collaborate with service units to drive service development and resource generation.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate partnership development, fundraising, resource mobilization, business development, ESG/CSR initiatives, communications or NGO sector.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with corporates, foundations, donors and community stakeholders.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, mature, proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiatives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in fundraising, proposal development, sponsorship acquisition or corporate engagement is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate partnership, fundraising and resource mobilization strategies.
• Build and maintain partnerships with corporates, foundations, donors and community stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate corporate sponsorships, volunteer engagement programmes, fundraising campaigns and major fundraising events.
• Manage the agency's website, social media platforms and digital engagement initiatives.
• Prepare funding proposals, sponsorship packages, presentations and reports.
• Collaborate with service units to support service development and resource generation.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
