Job summary

Anchor House is an NGO with a mission to support youth development through experiential education and community partnerships. The Partnership and Development Officer/Assistant Manager will lead grant writing, monitor funded projects, and organize learning programs for schools and NGOs, while liaising with partners and managing timelines.

A strong background in NGO project management and bilingual communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Cultural Studies, Public Administration, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in NGO project management, event coordination, or corporate communications
• Exceptional written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage complex project timelines under pressure
• Knowledge or interest in experiential education, historical building conservation, or youth training is highly preferred
• Appointment at assistant manager or officer level will be considered based on academic qualifications and work experience

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth project lifecycles

Partnership and Development Officer position (more experienced candidates may be considered for Assistant Manager position) at Anchor House, a non-governmental organisation dedicated to providing a training base for the whole person development of youth and enhancing exchange learning opportunities between youth of local, overseas and Mainland communities.
