Qualifications

• Associate degree or above; fresh graduates welcome.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; basic English.
• Proficient with MS Office, Email, WeCom and Mini Program tools.
• 2–3 years' experience may lead to supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations and student management, including check-in/check-out, tenancy inquiries, complaints, and emergencies.
• Plan and organize student community activities to foster a positive atmosphere.
• Coordinate communications between the property operator and students; manage tenancy docs, payments, repairs, and reports.
