Position Overview:
We are looking for some passionate and proactive Part Time Customer Service colleagues to join our student accommodation operations team. Some of them will be based in Sha Tin, primarily responsible for the day-to-day student management at Regal Riverside Hotel; the another one will be based on Hong Kong Island, primarily responsible for student management at iclub Hotels.

Job Responsibility
1. Daily Operations & Student Management
- Handle daily customer service duties for the student accommodation, including check-in/check-out assistance, tenancy enquiries, complaint handling, and emergency response
- Proactively attend to the living needs of student residents, providing attentive and timely support and assistance
- Maintain order and environment in common areas to ensure residents enjoy a safe and comfortable living space
2. Community Activities & Atmosphere Building
- Plan and organize various student community activities (e.g., orientation events, festive celebrations, cultural exchange activities, etc.) to foster a positive and vibrant community atmosphere
- Proactively build good relationships with students, understand their needs, and enhance resident satisfaction and sense of belonging
3. Communication Coordination & Administration
- Serve as the primary communication bridge between the property operator and students, conveying important information and policy updates in a timely manner
- Handle routine administrative tasks, including tenancy agreement management, payment follow-ups, repair registration, and various report compilation
- Coordinate with relevant departments such as maintenance, cleaning, and security to ensure smooth daily operations of the property
Job Requirements
- Hold an associate degree, bachelor's degree or above recognized in Hong Kong; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with basic English communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer operations and office software (MS Office, email, WeCom, Mini Program communication tools, etc.)
- Candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience may be considered for supervisory or higher positions, with additional management responsibilities including team coordination, training new staff, and operational optimization.
