Engenius Personnel Consultancy Limited invites applicants to join a mindful lifestyle tea studio, supporting Saturday sessions, private tastings, and workshops on aged vintage teas and restorative herbal infusions. You will perform tea preparation and service, guide tasting experiences, maintain a serene space, manage leaves and packaging, and engage guests with warm hospitality.
Cantonese plus conversational English is preferred; Mandarin is a plus.

Hours: Saturdays (e.g., 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM / 4–6 hours per shift)
Pay: HK85 – HK120/hr (commensurate with experience) + tea allowance/training
Key responsibilities
Tea Preparation & Service : Assist with traditional brewing (bowl-brewing, Gongfu style, cold brews) for aged teas (vintage Pu’er, aged white tea) and mindful herbal infusions.
Tasting & Guest Engagement: Introduce flavor profiles, origins, and mindful sensory tasting rituals to clients and workshop participants.
Space & Ware Maintenance: Maintain a serene, pristine environment; handle delicate ceramic, clay, and glass teaware with care.
Inventory & Prep: Manage tea leaves, herbs, filtered water systems, and retail/workshop packaging.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Core Attributes: Calm presence, gentle communication, strong sense of hospitality, and alignment with mindful living.
Tea Knowledge: Genuine interest in old teas (fermentation, terroir, aging notes) and wellness herbalism (botanicals, caffeine-free blending).
Availability: Consistent Saturday shifts (e.g., 4–8 hours, covering afternoon workshop hours).
Language Skills: Cantonese and conversational English (Mandarin is a plus for mainland/regional tea clients).
