Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tea Sommelier in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Expertise in Chinese and Western teas, origins, varieties and preparation methods.
• Strong knowledge of food and tea pairings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present a diverse range of Chinese and Western teas for members and guests.
• Provide expert tea recommendations and pairings to complement the menu.
• Conduct tea tastings and educational sessions for guests and staff.
• Ensure proper tea preparation and presentation techniques are followed.
• Monitor tea inventory and manage relationships with tea suppliers.

Requirements 職位要求

• Proven experience as a Tea Sommelier or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel. 具茶藝師或在高端餐廳或酒店擔任類似職位的經驗
