Job summary

OnTheList Limited is seeking a part-time HR generalist based in Hong Kong. You will manage recruitment for frontline roles, coordinate onboarding and interviews, and act as the main contact for part-time staff.

You will also partner with staffing agencies and support payroll and statutory compliance in HK. The ideal candidate has a HRM degree, about 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, and strong Chinese/English communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM or equivalent, required.
• Ideally 2 years of HR generalist experience.
• Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and compliance.
• Proficient with MS Office and written/spoken Chinese & English.
• Fast-paced, client-focused environment experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline part-time HK positions.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding for office-based roles.
• Serve as main contact for part-time hires and queries.
• Liaise with staffing agencies for manpower planning.
• Support payroll and year-end salary benchmarking.
• Assist with statutory tax filings and HR projects.
