Job summary

JLL Hong Kong seeks a frontline concierge professional to deliver high-quality service to tenants and visitors at our busy shopping mall and office building.

Candidate should have a Diploma and at least 1 year of frontline customer service experience in hospitality or retail, with strong English and Chinese communication; Putonghua is a plus. On-site position based in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with at least 1 year of frontline customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or related settings.
• Strong customer service mindset with pleasant, outgoing demeanor.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-standard concierge services to tenants and visitors across the shopping mall and office building.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support day-to-day property management operations, including coordination of marketing and promotional activities.
• Monitor and assist front desk and reception operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Collaborate with the account's Event Team and Facilities Management on operational tasks and event logistics.
• Ensure activities align with company and client policies, including health, safety, and workplace regulations.
• Perform general administrative duties including tenant applications, document filing, procurement, and office supplies maintenance.
• Ad hoc duties and special projects as directed by management.

What this job involves:

• Deliver high-standard concierge services to tenants and visitors across the shopping mall and office building.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

• Diploma holder with at least 1 year's customer service experience focusing in frontline customer interaction, hotel or shopping mall concierge experience, or above with relevant experience
• Pleasant personality, outgoing and presentable
• Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
• Good in spoken and written English and Chinese. Competent in spoken Putonghua.
