Job summary

uSMART Securities Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Account Opening Officer to handle account openings, ensuring all documents follow internal policies and procedures. You will follow up with clients on outstanding documents and resolve enquiries in a professional, timely manner.

The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, supporting ad hoc projects, and delivering service with courtesy across phone, email, and face-to-face channels.

Qualifications

Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in business or related disciplines.
At least 2 years related working experience.
HKSI LE paper 1, 7, 8 or SFC type 1 regulated activities.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

To handle account opening and ensure the account opening documents follow internal policies and procedures.
To follow up with clients on outstanding account opening documentations.
Resolve client enquiries over the telephone, email, or face-to-face with professional manner.
To handle clients’ complaints, coordinate and resolve issues promptly.
To establish and maintain good relationship with customers.
To perform ad hoc projects as required.

Working Hours:

5 days work week (from 9am to 6pm)
may be required to workon shift on Sat, Sun or public holiday (with shift allowance of HKD500 per day & rest day will be arranged on weekdays)
