The Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care in Hong Kong is seeking a Part-time Clerical Assistant. The appointee will support admission exercises, promotion campaigns, and provide administrative and secretarial assistance to postgraduate programmes.

Based at Prince of Wales Hospital in Shatin, the role may require working beyond normal hours and occasional duties at other locations. Shortlisted candidates will face IT, English and Chinese proficiency tests.

Formación

• Completed secondary education.
• Fast and accurate Chinese and English word-processing skills.
• Good computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Responsible, self-motivated, independent and hardworking attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assistance in admission exercises and promotion campaigns.
• Provide administrative, technical and secretarial support to postgraduate programmes.
• Liaise with internal and external units.
• Provide assistance in the daily operations of the School.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
