Job summary

JLL 在香港的办公室诚招 Pantry 服务员，负责在前台及茶水间为员工和来访客人提供茶水、咖啡及日常 pantry 服务。需定期盘点耗材、安排补货与牛奶配送，并协助场地布置及活动相关事宜。

职位要求1–3年相关工作经验，具备良好服务意识与整洁仪表，能主动沟通与协作，愿意在现场按需处理清洁与维护工作。

Qualifications

• 具备1–3年相关工作经验。
• 曾任 pantry 服务员或客户服务岗者优先考虑。
• 仪容整洁、细心谨慎，具强烈客户服务意识。

Responsibilities

• 为客户在办公室茶水间提供茶水及 pantry 服务，支援日常运营。
• 定期监控 pantry 库存并编制补货报告，支援补货规划。
• 负责每日牛奶配送及确保供应充足稳定。
• 盘点日常用品，如咖啡豆、茶叶、糖、调味料与急救药箱。
• 清洁、消毒 pantry 内餐具、设备及储物空间。
• 提供茶水/咖啡服务给来访宾客及会议参与者。
• 协调外判餐饮与场地布置，协助公司活动及会议。
• 协助团队订购本地餐厅/咖啡店之外送服务。
• 在前台/开放区执行洗碗及日常清洁，维护公共区域卫生。
• 按需要处理洗衣事务并维护相关用品。
• 定期为咖啡机除垢并进行基本保养，确保设备运作正常。

工作內容如下：

• 為客戶於其辦公場所高效、準時地提供茶水及 pantry（茶水間）服務，並支援其業務運作需求。

• 定期監察 pantry 庫存水準，並及時編製報告，以支援補貨規劃。

• 統籌每日牛奶配送至各咖啡角，確保供應充足穩定。

• 定期盤點 pantry 各類日常用品，包括咖啡豆、茶葉、糖、調味料及急救藥箱等。

• 清潔、消毒及整頓 pantry 內之餐具、設備及儲物空間

• 持續備妥內部飲品（例如：茶、咖啡、礦泉水、軟性飲料等），供員工及訪客隨時取用。

• 按需要為來訪賓客及會議參與者提供專業得體的茶水/咖啡服務。

• 協調外判餐飲服務，並支援內部會議、活動或公司活動之場地布置（例如：桌椅擺設、指示牌、茶點安排等）。

• 協助團隊訂購及管理來自本地餐廳或咖啡店之咖啡、小食或午膳外送服務。

• 在客戶可見區域（如前台、開放式茶水間等）執行洗碗及日常清潔工作，包括檯面、洗手盆及共用設施表面。

• 按需要處理相關洗衣事務（例如：清洗、烘乾、摺疊及補充餐巾、毛巾或布巾等）。

• 按時為咖啡機進行除垢及基本保養，確保設備運作暢順、衛生安全。

技能與經驗：

• 具備至少 1 至 3 年相關工作經驗；

• 曾擔任 pantry 服務員或客戶服務崗位者優先考慮；

• 儀容整潔、井然有序、主動積極、細心謹慎，並具備強烈的客戶服務意識；
