10Life Group Limited is seeking a Growth Marketing Assistant to support paid acquisition on Meta Ads and Google Ads in Hong Kong. You’ll help set up, schedule and launch campaigns across key product lines, and work with sales and marketing to optimize budget and performance.

The role emphasizes data-driven reporting, creative coordination with design and copy teams, and maintaining targeting accuracy. Fluency in Cantonese and English is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience or exposure to running paid campaigns on Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.
• Diploma or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Comfort with performance data and reporting tools—GA4 or Excel/Google Sheets preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken Cantonese and English; able to draft copy for creatives.
• Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set up, schedule, and launch paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads per campaign plan and targeting provided by the team.
• Monitor day-to-day campaign performance against CPL, CPA, lead and sales targets.
• Track and pace paid media budget spend, adjusting, scheduling and allocation across campaigns.
• Set up and maintain retargeting/remarketing audiences to re-engage users.
• Draft copy points and key messages for ad creative and landing pages; coordinate with design and copywriting teams to prepare and test final assets.
• Prepare regular performance and budget spend reports for stakeholders, tracking progress against targets.
• Support broader digital marketing initiatives and day-to-day admin tasks as needed.
