You will manage thousands of live ads, define bid strategies, and log every change to keep the account legible for teammates. This role demands AI-enabled workflows and strong discipline in testing and optimization.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of hands-on paid social media buying.
• DTC / ecommerce fluency: understand CAC, LTV, margins.
• Deep knowledge of Meta mechanics, attribution windows and maturation.
• Based in Hong Kong or willing to relocate.

Aufgaben

• Own campaign architecture at scale across multiple prospecting lanes.
• Execute daily buying under a rules-based system with pre-defined thresholds.
• Run structured creative testing to validate concepts and protect tests.
• Scale winners without resetting the learning phase and monitor CAC.
• Collaborate with the creative team and expand to secondary channels as we scale.
