Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Formulate business strategy and development plans to achieve targets.
• Lead insurance sales teams to develop new business and maintain existing business.
• Ensure compliance with company, regulatory policies and standards.
• Liaise with product providers regarding compensation terms and collaboration.
• Provide adequate training to department members for market practice and compliance.
• Ensure MPF intermediary controls and procedures are observed.
