Job summary

China CITIC Bank International Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Manager/Senior Manager for the CEO Office to lead overseas business planning and performance monitoring. You will track performance against plans and provide insights to senior management, coordinating reviews and forums with Head Office and overseas branches.

The role requires a degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, Marketing or Translation, 5+ years in financial industry/investor relations, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills;

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Communications, Marketing or Translation.
• CPA and/or CFA holder or equivalent would be an advantage.
• Fluency in English would be an advantage.
• Intimate knowledge of the banking and financial industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial industry, investor relations and/or public relations capacity.

Responsibilities

• Support the formulation, implementation and monitoring of overseas business strategies and key management initiatives.
• Track and assess the performance of overseas branches against annual business plans, financial targets and Balanced Scorecard objectives.
• Coordinate business reviews, management reporting and performance analysis for overseas operations, and provide insights to senior management.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between Head Office, overseas branches and relevant business units to support strategic alignment and execution.
• Organize and coordinate overseas business management meetings, strategic review sessions and other management forums as required.
• Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meeting when required
• Organize and maintain filing system, including the filing and storage of confidential documents. (if accessible)
• Assist in the coordination of various departmental activities
• Perform other assignments as required
