Qualifications

  • Proven track record in project management, operations management, or audit/advisory roles; experience leading multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Strong familiarity with the business landscapes in Hong Kong and Mainland China; Mainland experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Program Leadership: spearhead strategic initiatives across the Group, including new business development, supply chain optimization, and asset investment projects.
  • Operational Excellence: review workflows, identify risks, and implement optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: act as a liaison to synchronize efforts between business units in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
  • Stakeholder & Government Relations: represent the Group at industry bodies and Government authorities to enhance brand and influence.
  • Executive Support: provide data-driven insights and feasibility assessments to aid board decisions.

We are a leading diversified conglomerate in Hong Kong with extensive business interests spanning food manufacturing, catering services, and integrated logistics. With a robust foundation and a forward-looking strategic vision, the Group is committed to sustainable growth and operational excellence. To support its expanding portfolio and enhance management sophistication, we are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join the core management team.


Location: Hong Kong (with frequent travel to Mainland China)


Reports To: Senior Management


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Program Leadership: Spearhead key strategic initiatives across the Group, including new business development, supply chain optimization, and asset investment projects (e.g., land acquisition and property development). Ensure seamless execution and delivery against established objectives.


Operational Excellence: Review existing operational workflows across departments, identify potential risks and bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies to enhance overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness.


Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central liaison to synchronize efforts between various business units in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Ensure optimal resource allocation and facilitate smooth information flow to drive cross-regional synergy.


Stakeholder & Government Relations: Represent the Group at prominent industry associations and statutory bodies. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government officials and industry peers to elevate the Group’s brand presence and influence.


Executive Support: Provide high-level analytical support to the Group’s senior leadership, offering data-driven insights and feasibility assessments to aid strategic decision-making. Monitor and follow up on the execution of Board directives.


Requirements:


Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.


Minimum 15 years of solid experience in senior management roles within large-scale corporations, MNCs, or listed companies.


Proven track record in project management, operations management, or audit/advisory roles. Experience in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects is essential.


Strong familiarity with the business landscapes in both Hong Kong and Mainland China. Prior working experience in the Mainland is highly preferred.
