Hoivon Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Banking Communications & Relationship Manager to develop partnerships with local and international banks and financial institutions. You will manage relationships with bank managers, negotiate terms, and oversee cross-border payments.

The role focuses on expanding the company's infrastructure by researching banks and payment platforms, coordinating with legal and compliance, and representing Hoivon at industry events in English, Cantonese, or Mandarin.

Formación

• 2–5+ years in corporate banking, treasury, fintech or relevant fields in Hong Kong
• Experience with SWIFT transfers and correspondent banking
• Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Global Economy or related; CFA/FRM a plus

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with bank managers and other partners in Hong Kong
• Attend in-person meetings to negotiate terms, pricing, limits, exchange rates, etc.
• Coordinate account opening procedures and requirements with legal and compliance department
• Communicate regarding special features of the banks with treasury, finance, legal, operational teams; monitor trial transactions via newly opened banks and payment platforms
• Monitor market and regulatory changes; share insights with relevant teams
• Represent the company at industry events in English, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin

We are looking for a Hong Kong-based Banking Communications & Relationship Manager to develop partnership with local and international banks and financial institutions. You will be staying in touch with bank relationship managers and other partners, negotiate cooperation terms, and ensure smooth local and cross-border payments. A key objective is to develop the company's infrastructure - analyze the new banks, payment platforms, exchanges, look for some new partners for liquidity exchange (for example, brokerage companies).

Key responsibilities

Develop company infrastructure: expand geographic presence, make a research on the banks and financial institutions

Build and maintain relationships with bank managers and other partners in Hong Kong

Attend in-person meetings to negotiate terms, pricing, limits, exchange rates, etc.

Coordinate account opening procedures and requirements with legal and compliance department

Communicate regarding special features of the banks with treasury, finance, legal, operational teams, monitor the trial transaction conducted via newly-opened banks and payment platforms

Monitor market and regulatory changes; share insights with the relevant teams

Represent the company at industry events in English, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin

About you

Languages: English C1+. Cantonese and/or Mandarin strongly preferred

Experience: 2–5+ years in corporate banking, treasury, fintech or relevant fields in Hong Kong

Banking knowledge: International banking, SWIFT transfers, correspondent banking

Communication: Confident in face-to-face meetings with senior bank managers. Strong negotiation skills

Education: Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Global Economy or related. CFA/FRM a plus

Attitude: Proactive, detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines
