PPG Coatings (HK) Co. Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Hong Kong to support the end-to-end order lifecycle. You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Warehouse to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate documentation, while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, experience with SAP for order processing, and a detail-oriented, organized approach to handle invoicing, VAT records and daily admin tasks.

Competenze

• Associate degree or higher; field in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
• Familiarity with SAP for order processing is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, with strong multitasking abilities and resilience under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills with strong customer service orientation.

Mansioni

• Operate SAP to manage the full Order-to-Cash process.
• Coordinate orders, confirm supply plans, communicate delivery schedules, and monitor OTIF performance.
• Serve as first point of contact for customer inquiries and coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Quality to resolve issues.
• Notify Finance upon shipment to facilitate AR clearance and manage delivery invoices and VAT documentation.
• Organize and archive department documents and support general administrative tasks.
