Futu Securities International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager Assistant specialised in options to support active options clients in Hong Kong. You will read positions, manage risk and turn market views into actionable strategies while supporting trading activity to hit targets.

The role is client-facing with KPI targets and structured training/licensing support provided if needed. Cantonese/Mandarin fluency and a valid HK visa are preferred for this dynamic position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; finance/economics/quant disciplines preferred.
• Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin; English fluency is a plus.
• Eligible Hong Kong work visa (e.g., IANG, TTPS, QMAS).
• Solid foundation in financial markets with hands-on options knowledge.
• 2+ years of options or complex-derivatives trading experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary relationship manager for active options-trading clients; monitor clients' options positions, Greeks, and risk.
• Provide trading advisory and execution support to hit team targets.
• Track market trends and volatility; translate into tailored options ideas and strategies.
• Review holdings; flag naked or excessive exposure and advise on risk management.
• Engage high-quality clients; answer queries and boost options activity.
• Deliver market analysis; respond to inquiries and handle complaints to ensure retention.
• Strengthen client loyalty; promote referrals and client activities such as salons and strategy meetings.
