Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager (Japanese Speaker) based in Hong Kong SAR. This full-time on-site role supports senior relationship managers, manages client inquiries, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in sales support, trade execution and investment research; fluent English, Japanese and Cantonese; strong capital markets knowledge and front-to-back trade flow familiarity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant working experience in sales support, trade execution and investment research.
• Fluency in English, Japanese and Cantonese; Putonghua is a plus.
• SFC licenses are preferred; HKMA licenses are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive learning with team work and a can-do attitude.

Responsabilités

• Assist relationship managers in onboarding new clients and preparing new account opening documents.
• Support relationship managers in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Provide client support and handle requests and trading instructions.
• Handle pre-trade client suitability assessments and post-trade documentation.
• Assist in providing investment market updates and presentation materials.
• Obtain prices from multiple platforms and execute trades across asset classes.
• Assist in ongoing portfolio monitoring and addressing compliance and risk issues.
• Provide secretarial and administrative support, maintaining client transaction records.

• Fluency in written and spoken English, Japanese and Cantonese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage


• Sound capital market, investment and products knowledge


• Familiar with trade flow from front to back office


• Proactive learning with team work, can-do attitudes


• Proven organization skills with strong attention to details


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
