Key responsibilities

Manage risk exposure of options portfolios and strictly control drawdowns to ensure stable portfolio performance

Monitor real-time market volatility dynamics, identify and capture viable options trading opportunities

Collaborate with the investment research team, share trading strategy logic, market insights and research findings to support team strategy iteration

About you

Master's degree or above in Mathematics, Physics, Financial Engineering, Finance or other quantitative-related disciplines

3+ years of professional live options trading experience with verifiable track records and trading performance

Solid understanding of core options pricing models and proficient knowledge of options Greek letters

Proficient in Python for strategy backtesting and data analysis

Hands-on experience in volatility surface trading

Familiar with futures hedging operations and hedging strategy implementation
