Job summary

Summit Company (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a warehouse associate to print, pick and pack e-Commerce orders, following FIFO. You will inspect products for defects, verify labels and quantities, and move parcels to dispatch areas.

The role also involves processing returns, assisting with stock transfers, inventory checks and ad-hoc duties to support daily operations. Flexibility for peak periods and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent.
• Prior experience in warehouse, e-Commerce fulfilment or logistics will be an advantage.
• Meticulous, with a focus on accuracy in counting, labeling and packing.
• Able to stand for long periods and handle heavy loads and carton boxes.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Basic computer skills if required.
• Familiarity with e-Commerce seller centers is a plus.
• Responsible, good team player, punctual, able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Print, pick and pack orders from e-Commerce according to the packing list, following the FIFO method.
• Inspect products for defects, damage or quality issues before packing.
• Check labels, tracking numbers and quantities for accuracy.
• Pack, label and move parcels to the designated dispatch areas.
• Process customers return by inspecting, restocking or flagging defective items.
• Assist with data entry for stock transfers, returns and outgoing stock.
• Check and replenish office and warehouse inventory.
• Verify items and quantities for incoming stock.
• Sort and clear trade return stock.
• Coordinate with courier services for parcel collection and drop off parcels when required.
• Ensure all documentations for inventory movements is complete and accurate.
• Keep the workplace clean and follow safety standard.
• Maintain and update product listings on e-Commerce platforms when required.
• Take on other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager to support daily operations.
