Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of IT support or similar experience.
• Experience with ticketing terminals, kiosks, POS, or troubleshooting is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the familiarization of operators.
• Providing on-site and off-site training to operators.
• Handling disputes regarding settlements with tenants.
• Coordinating with tenants, customer service, and payment service providers.
• Defining system-related workflows and processes for operations.
• Assisting with reporting services.
• Providing daily operational support for hardware.
