Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership is seeking an experienced Business Manager / Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of a Hong Kong office and support client onboarding, business operations, marketing coordination and vendor management.

The role suits candidates with private banking, wealth management or financial services background, strong onboarding and regulatory controls, and fluent English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Experience in client onboarding processes, KYC, AML and account-opening documentation.
• Strong stakeholder coordination across Business, Compliance, Legal, Operations and external partners.
• Hands-on, proactive operations professional comfortable in a lean, dynamic financial services setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and administration of the Hong Kong office.
• Oversee facilities, procurement, vendor management and service providers.
• Coordinate client onboarding, account opening docs, KYC reviews and client record maintenance.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation per internal and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with Compliance, Legal and external partners on onboarding matters.
• Coordinate with marketing agencies on corporate materials and branding initiatives.
• Manage relationships with event vendors and third-party suppliers.
• Support management on business projects and process improvements.
• Assist with client events, seminars and corporate activities.
• Provide admin and operational support to senior management and wealth advisory teams.
