Job summary

AcWise Recruitment Limited seeks a Fund Operation Support Officer to assist daily asset management operations and client services in a fast-paced environment in Hong Kong. The role involves processing subscriptions and redemptions across funds and securities, supporting onboarding and due diligence, and coordinating with multiple vendors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years solid experience in operations in Asset Management firms, Brokers, Fund Administrators or Advisory Services firms.
• Knowledge of SFC regulations or Investment Products is preferred.
• University degree preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, multi-tasking and time management.
• Ability to adapt to a continuously evolving system and workflow environment.
• Able to work under pressure and independently.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and client services related to Asset Management and Investment Products.
