Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a driven Medical Aesthetic Sales Manager in Hong Kong to drive growth by promoting aesthetic products to clinics and healthcare professionals. You will identify opportunities, present solutions, and manage key accounts to meet sales targets.

You will build long-term relationships with customers, provide product information and training, and coordinate follow-ups to ensure a superior client experience. The role requires field presence and active promotion at industry events.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aesthetics, or related industries.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the aesthetic and healthcare sector.
• Build and manage relationships with clinics, medical practitioners, and healthcare providers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client visits.
• Achieve sales targets through effective account management and business development activities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
