Job summary

Collinson Group is seeking a result-driven professional to lead governance and standardisation of operational processes across Client Operations in a hybrid setup. You will own SOPs, map processes, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating across regional teams.

Strong analytical ability and stakeholder engagement are essential for success. You will also design requirements, workshops, and implementation plans, and support data-driven decisions with BI and dashboard reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Operational Excellence, or similar role.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Hands-on experience using Jira to create workflows and manage workflows.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, review, and enhance SOPs across Client Operations.
• Create process maps, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives to boost productivity and quality.
• Gather, analyse, document, and prioritise business requirements from stakeholders.
• Build and manage Jira dashboards, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Communicate changes and updates effectively to stakeholders.
