Recruitment seeks a senior data governance leader to drive policy definition into regional, cross-domain execution. The role manages a governance team, chairs committees, and ensures accountability for data quality and analytics across multi-national settings.

You will collaborate with IT, Legal and Security to enforce privacy, access controls, and cross-border rules, while overseeing cloud analytics usage and cost transparency with guardrails.

Qualifications

• University degree or above with professional data certifications preferred.
• 12+ years of experience, including 6+ years in data management/governance.
• Proven track record operationalizing governance in multinational orgs.
• Strong background in leading specialist data teams.

Responsabilités

• Make data governance from policy definition to consistent regional and cross-domain execution.
• Manage, mentor, and set priorities for a data governance team.
• Chair key governance committees, ensuring decisions are tracked and enforced with clear accountability.
• Own enterprise data quality for analytics by directing monitoring, remediation, and MDM.
• Embed data and analytics controls early in processes to maximise ROI.
• Partner with IT, Legal, and Security to enforce data access controls and privacy.
• Oversee cloud analytics platform usage, access models, and cost transparency with guardrails.
