Qualifications

• MBA/related master preferred and strong operational leadership experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.
• Experience in life/health insurance operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and uphold rigorous operations standards across Asia.
• Lead process optimization and standardization efforts with Lean Six Sigma.
