Job summary

Louis Vuitton Hong Kong is seeking an Operations Associate to help secure back-of-house efficiency and support the store team in maximizing client interactions. You will ensure smooth operations in stock rooms, assist with delivery and replenishment, and help maintain brand standards in grooming and behavior.

The role requires 1-2 years in store operations, a client-centric attitude, and fluency in Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in store operations, preferably in retail brands.
• Client-centric, creative, proactive and positive in approach.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English.

About The Job

As an Operations Associate, you will have to assist to secure back of house efficiency, in line with the standards of the Brand. You will ensure smooth operations, to enable the store team to maximize the time spent with Clients and deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise.

Job responsibilities

Stock Management

• Support the operation team to maintain the stock inventory in perfect condition ensuring an efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms (product and packaging)
• Assist in the delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately
• Ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to improve store efficiency and maximize Client experience
• Support the store stock management when needed

Administration

• Liaise with HR Administration and payroll on time sheets and other needed information
• Support the Store Management in creating the staff planning (workforce management) taking in consideration anticipated traffic flow, commercial elements and staff availability
• Manage stationery, uniforms, kitchen supplies etc.
• Handle cash management and expenses reimbursement
• Follow Internal Audit guidelines

General duties

• Follow the company’s policies and procedures
• Be fully integrated to the store team (participate in the morning briefing) and contribute to achieving the overall objectives of the store
• According to store: support the Client Advisors in optimizing match to traffic and better adapt operations to Clients needs
• Develop the highest Brand and product knowledge
• Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior

Profile

• Posses at least 1-2 years’ relevant working experience in store operation, preferably in retail brands
• Passionate in retail or service-oriented industry
• Client-centric, creative, proactive and positive in approach
• Good team player with high levels of motivation, able to work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Good command in Chinese and English
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Operations Associate
