Richemont Asia Pacific Limited - Montblanc in Hong Kong is seeking a Stock Assistant to support inventory management across the HK boutiques. You will receive, uncrate, inspect, and log shipments, organize the stockroom, and aid the sales team with accurate stock information.

This role focuses on accuracy and efficiency, leading cycle counts, monitoring packaging stock, handling repair orders, and coordinating with customer service to ensure timely delivery and impeccable brand standards.

Mansioni

• Receive, uncrate, inspect, and log daily shipments with high precision.
• Organize stockroom space logically according to Maison’s guideline to optimize efficiency for the sales team.
• Lead monthly and bi-annual cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
• Monitor stock levels of packaging supplies, shopping bags, ribbons, and boutique amenities, reordering as needed.
• Review and manage stock write off including defectives, consumables for daily usages and other damaged goods to maintain stock accuracy
• Perform stock transfer logistic according to business needs and support client on-demand delivery if necessary (20%)
• Ensure BOH environment are compliance with Maison Security and Health & Safety requirement
• Handle the Repair Orders (RO) for the HK boutiques
• Serve as key communication between local CS platform and BTQ to follow up on all repair orders from order creation to pick-up
• Track & Follow up the RO status to update clients, boutiques and local CS platform
• Follow the company’s policies and procedures
• Be fully integrated to the store team (participate in the morning briefing) and contribute to achieving the overall objectives of the store
• According to store: support the Client Advisors in optimizing match to traffic and better adapt operations to Clients needs
• Develop the highest Brand and product knowledge
• Respect Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Audit Stock performance
• After-Sales Follow up
