Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Hong Kong financial services with solid exposure to Type 1 (Securities) and Type 2 (Futures) brokerage operations.
• Currently holding SFC Type 1 and Type 2 licenses (RO status is a plus).
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Good IT knowledge and familiarity with brokerage systems (e.g., trading platforms, order management systems, back-office systems).
• Exposure to Virtual Assets (VA) is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
