Job Scope
- Spearhead end-to-end client account initiation, customer due diligence, and ongoing lifecycle management across multiple regulated verticals, with specialized oversight dedicated to complex Type 2 futures operations.
- Orchestrate high-pressure, time-sensitive daily operational routines, pre-trading account validations, and precise futures reconciliations ahead of market openings.
- Execute rigorous due diligence verifications for new client onboards, periodic reviews, and trigger-event assessments spanning both private individual and institutional portfolios.
- Oversee continuous anti-financial crime screening frameworks, driving advanced transaction monitoring and generating comprehensive intelligence reports.
- Administer quarterly reviews and adjustments of corporate margin ratios in strict alignment with enterprise risk management policies.
- Direct critical annual compliance cycles, including Professional Investor (P.I.) renewals, Standing Authority updates, cross-border tax transparency validations (CRS & FATCA), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and comprehensive AML risk-rating recalibrations.
- Architect and implement innovative digital automation strategies to streamline operational workflows and significantly compress client onboarding turnaround times.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with core operational divisions to drive large-scale platform migrations and strategic institutional transformation projects.
Requirements
- A minimum 5 years of distinguished experience in client lifecycle operations, onboarding governance, or regulatory compliance within financial services, underpinned by a robust background in futures operations.
- Comprehensive mastery of regional regulatory frameworks, including SFC guidelines, HKIDR mandates, cross-border tax standards (CRS), and anti-money laundering protocols.
- Exceptional analytical acuity and fastidious attention to detail, paired with superior time-management capabilities to navigate high-stakes, time-critical operational windows.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and interpersonal articulation, enabling seamless engagement with discerning internal executives and external partners.
- Technical familiarity with specialized execution platforms, such as Ayers and SPClearing systems, will be viewed with distinct favor.
- Full professional fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese to navigate complex multi-jurisdictional documentation.
- Immediate availability or a short professional notice period is strongly preferred (candidates exhibiting lesser tenure will be evaluated for Assistant Manager or Senior Officer trajectories).
