Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited in Quarry Bay is seeking an Operation Assistant - F&B Technical (Welcome Fresh Graduates). You will support new product launches and coordinate cross-functional activities in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on administrative tasks, documentation digitalization, and organizing technical meetings, with regular liaison with PMO to update the innovation pipeline. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, Science, Food and Nutrition or related disciplines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
• Flexible, self-motivated.
• Good team player and able to handle multiple task.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for new product launches (BPN, master mixing instruction, technical sheets, SAP setup, sample requests, quality reports).
• Organize internal sensory evaluation.
• Assist to digitalize the workflow and documentation.
• Assist to organize Technical community meeting and Technical operation team meeting.
• Work with PMO to update innovation pipeline.
• Instruct 3rd party to monitor product integrity program.
• Conduct product survey and update index.
