Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is seeking an Assistant Manager, Opening Excellence to join the Opening Excellence team in Hong Kong. You will govern administration, coordinate projects and maintain portfolio reporting and document control across openings, takeovers and transitions, liaising with global stakeholders.

You will administer the Smartsheet platform, support governance bodies, ensure data quality and dashboards, and drive continuous improvement across openings while coordinating across

Qualificações

• 2–5 years' experience in project coordination, PMO support or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint for reports and presentations.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills across time zones.
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar PM platforms is advantageous.
• Exposure to hospitality, hotel development or project management environments preferred.
• Familiarity with governance forums, project lifecycles and executive reporting is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate governance schedules, meeting invitations, attendance tracking and recurring governance calendars.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, action logs, decision records and governance documentation.
• Administer the Smartsheet platform, including critical paths, checklists and dashboards.
• Support portfolio reporting through data consolidation, dashboard maintenance and project administration across openings, takeovers and rebrands.
• Coordinate user support, system enhancements, testing and issue resolution with Smartsheet consultants.
• Maintain project documentation, archives and governance records with data quality checks.
• Track actions and escalate overdue deliverables to the Project Manager.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across Opening Excellence systems and reporting frameworks.
