Job summary

Langham Hospitality Group is seeking a detail-oriented operations professional to support brand standards, procedure development, and cross-hotel coordination in Hong Kong. The role involves preparing guidelines, conducting market research for new initiatives, and assisting in opening new hotels by setting up efficient operations systems.

You will also contribute to training programs and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely project delivery and consistent brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Hospitality, Business, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Brand, Operations Standards and Procedures to ensure proper storage, creation, updating, and sharing with hotels.
• Prepare presentations and guidelines for hotel team execution.
• Conduct market research for new initiatives and potential new hotel projects.
• Support Operations Function Heads on hotel openings (setting up Operations systems).
• Deliver Operations related training.
