Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is seeking an Opening Excellence Coordinator to join the Opening Excellence team at the Corporate Office in Hong Kong. The role focuses on governance administration, project coordination, portfolio reporting and Smartsheet platform management under the supervision of the Project Manager and Director of Opening Excellence.

You will support the Opening Excellence portfolio with dashboards, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across global stakeholders,

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in project coordination, project administration, PMO support, operations support or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with experience preparing reports and presentations.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently across multiple time zones.
• Experience with Smartsheet or comparable project management platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, reporting and systems management across the Opening Excellence portfolio.
• Coordinate governance schedules, agendas, minutes and action logs.
• Administer the Smartsheet platform, including paths, checklists and dashboards.
• Support portfolio reporting through data consolidation, dashboards and project administration across openings, takeovers, rebrandings and transitions.
• Coordinate user support and testing with Smartsheet consultants and developers.
• Maintain project documentation and governance records, ensuring data quality.
