Job summary

ETEAM WORKFORCE LIMITED is seeking a Customer Experience & Onboarding Specialist to support customers through face-to-face, phone, virtual, and ticket interactions, guiding them through onboarding and product features. You will conduct onboarding sessions, respond to enquiries with empathy, and contribute to team targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Fluency in Cantonese is mandatory, with strong English communication preferred.

Qualifications

1+ year of customer service or frontline experience.

Responsibilities

Support customers through face-to-face, phone, virtual, and ticket-based interactions.
Guide customers through onboarding, app usage, processes, and product features.
Conduct onboarding sessions, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Handle enquiries professionally and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, lead conversion, onboarding, and issue resolution.
Engage prospective customers through effective pitching, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Troubleshoot technical and service-related issues and manage escalations effectively.
Identify recurring issues and share insights with the Team Lead to support process improvements.
Contribute to wider Operations initiatives and team targets.
