Job summary

Futu Hong Kong's Management Trainee program in the Offline Branch Business Line develops fresh graduates into Store Managers through a two-year rotation across storefronts and multi-function roles.

Trainees gain hands-on experience in customer reception, securities consulting, and compliance, while building skills in marketing planning and business analytics. Open to graduates between January 2026 and August 2027, strong Cantonese/Mandarin with English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, fresh graduate; majors in Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin, English fluency a plus; professional appearance and strong service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across Futu's offline retail branches in Hong Kong; handle customer reception, securities consultation, account opening and fund deposit, app guidance, complaint handling, and day-to-day store operations.
• Contribute to SOPs and customer service standards; participate in localized marketing and business data analysis; assist with single-store operations and compliance execution.
• Rotate across functions including stores, middle-office, and marketing planning; participate in key projects such as business analytics framework development, talent pipeline building, and service standard optimization.
