Job summary

OOCL is recruiting for its Management Trainee Program in Hong Kong to groom future executives through a 3-year structured development plan. The program includes leadership training, cross-functional rotations across liner and logistics, and extensive on-the-job coaching and project work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above with outstanding academic results.
• Fresh and recent graduates with no more than 2 years of full-time working experience.
• Strong business acumen, conceptual thinking, analytical ability, and drive to achieve excellence.
• A good, passionate, self-motivated team player with leadership potential, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive to challenges, innovative and capable to identify solutions to problems.
• Demonstrate a proactive mindset in collaborating with AI tools e.g. Microsoft Copilot and leveraging generative AI to enhance productivity, generate business insights, and streamline routine analytical processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in other languages a plus.
• Highly adaptable in a multi-cultural and dynamic environment, and prepared to accept overseas assignments within the Group.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3-year structured Development Program designed to develop leadership, managerial and functional skills.
• Engage in a series of function-focused job rotations across corporate and regional functions.
• Receive extensive on-the-job training, coaching, project assignments, and opportunities to organize corporate activities and functions.
