Responsibilities

Rotate across Futu's offline retail branches in Hong Kong, handling customer reception, securities consultations, account openings, app guidance, and daily store operations.
Contribute to SOPs and customer service standards; participate in localized marketing and data analysis; support daily store operations and teamwork.
Rotate across functions including stores, middle-office, and marketing planning; participate in projects such as analytics framework development and talent pipeline building toward leadership.
