Responsibilities

• Develop store operations knowledge and management competency through a 6-month training programme.
• Promote to Store Trainee Manager after completion and study the Advanced Diploma in Retail Store Management – Supermarket Chain (QF Level 4) (equivalent to an Associate Degree).
• Through the 6-month training, strengthen knowledge of store operations across departments.
• Upon completion, progress to Store Trainee Manager and pursue the Diploma course as stated.
