King Deux Search & Consulting is seeking an Executive Trainee (Experienced; Commercial) in Hong Kong to rotate through real estate, logistics, operations and marketing, gaining exposure across commercial functions and projects. You will develop analytics, prepare reports, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in learning sessions.

A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in retail, office leasing or omni-channel marketing are required; strong English, Chinese and Putonghua skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years’ working experience in retail & office leasing / omni-channel marketing strategy and campaigns.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Prior internship or work experience in a related field advantageous.
• High proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua.

Responsabilités

• Engage in a structured rotational training program across commercial departments (real estate, logistics, operations, marketing).
• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of projects; contribute to research, data analysis, and reports.
• Collaborate with across teams to understand functions and operations; foster effective communication.
• Identify areas for process optimization and implement ideas to streamline operations.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Build professional relationships with mentors and stakeholders to accelerate growth.
• Regularly review performance with supervisors and seek feedback to improve skills.
