AIA Hong Kong invites graduates from 2026/2027 to join the 2027 Management Trainee (Business Consultant) program in Hong Kong. You will be mentored by experienced managers and have a clear path to leadership.

The 3-month pre-employment internship leads to full-time conversion, with structured training, licensing support (IIQE Paper 1 and 3), and opportunities in wealth management and client advisory services.

Qualifications

• Graduate or soon-to-be graduate (2026/2027) with a university degree
• Willing to complete professional licensing (IIQE Paper 1 and Paper 3)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial solutions including risk, investment, wealth and retirement planning
• Conduct needs-based analysis for high-net-worth clients and families
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Analyze portfolios and market data to support advisory decisions
• Join a structured fast-track programme to develop into management roles
• Commit to continuous learning across financial products and planning tools
